I hope it gets better quickly.

Have you tried water running with an instructor? I find that much more bearable. Check with your uni's pool - it might be free. If not, perhaps bringing some champagne to celebrate will make it better. :P (jk)Run For Lifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08070790890115638664noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-676088679333213178.post-81011467708196028092008-03-06T22:19:00.000-05:002008-03-06T22:19:00.000-05:00Congrats on the PhD admission!! If the pain is "behind" the knee cap, could just be a case of Runner's Knee and in need of some rest and possibly PT. Water running, while mind numbingly boring, at least will keep you in shape. Good luck with that. Hopefully, just minor, temporary irritation.

As I said, my knees would disintegrate after breaking 18 minutes in a 5k so, congratulations that yours didn't.Nitmoshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17108597328135023198noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-676088679333213178.post-60994615013002621452008-03-06T13:02:00.000-05:002008-03-06T13:02:00.000-05:00CONGRATULATIONS!Personally--and it's just my opini...CONGRATULATIONS!

Personally--and it's just my opinion--I would urge you to see a doctor or PT now, rather than later. If Kentucky law allows patients to see a PT without a doctor's prescription, I would consider making an appointment.Nibbleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15980359959207624832noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-676088679333213178.post-85227420541140495382008-03-06T09:20:00.000-05:002008-03-06T09:20:00.000-05:00Bad news good news!
