I think the recommendation about core work is one that is probably the most overlooked.. I also think it might be the most important.

It is a bummer that you've had a few injuries, but you sure have accomplished some amazing things anyway. I know I am going out on a limb, but I think you could probably do some amazing things in the triathalon if you put your mind to it. But first we are getting you ready for Boston '09.

Can't believe you called me a "lucky SOB".. :-) Is that payback for my wanting a handicap or only getting you cheese sticks and not a big ol' burger? Next time we go running, we're getting a couple beers after... my treat.Bill Carterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17303668807091595615noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-676088679333213178.post-22396855502728329462008-01-25T09:55:00.000-05:002008-01-25T09:55:00.000-05:00Good words, good words...Good words, good words...My Lifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05773926028026104968noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-676088679333213178.post-69320299350686463682008-01-24T17:36:00.000-05:002008-01-24T17:36:00.000-05:00Those are good Doug!
