Monday: Rest day. Gotta have' em!
Tuesday: Ran 3.05 miles, swam for about 30 minutes. Left ankle was hurting so I called it quits early.
Wednesday: Lazy day. Swim practice didn't fit my schedule, ran the day before, and it was raining so I couldn't ride.
Thursday: Ran 3.43 miles, swam for a little over an hour. Ankle started hurting so I just did the rest of the night with the bull buoy so I didn't have to kick.
Friday: Nada. I drove back home this day.
Saturday: Ran 4.2 miles in the snow. Felt pretty good.
Sunday: Put an hour in on the bike that was setup on the trainer in the basement. It was rough but I made it through. I ate like crap all day so I crashed mentally afterwards. Feeling great after recovering, though!
Total run: 10.68 miles
Total bike: 20 miles
Total swim: 1.5 hours
Definitely not enough workouts this week, but it was finals week and it was raining pretty much every day. Running in the rain is great, but bikes rust when they get wet so I gotta hold back! Game plan for this next week is to swim twice, run four times (15 miles?), and jump on the bike 2-3 times even if its just in the basement.
